The Second Oslo Join Statement summarizes the agreements of the parties during the follow-through round of formal negotiations conducted by the Panels from March 30 to April 3, 2004. Included in the agreement are the positive developments which resulted in the initialing of the Guidelines or mechanics for the conduct of the socio-economic reform (SER) work, the first meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee from each party, and the agreement on three key points regarding confidence-building measures among others.
