THE DELA CRUZ GROUP (DLCG) With the DLCG the engagement will focus on developing frameworks and proposals on the following: (i) Assessment and prospects of peace; (ii) Cessation of Hostilities, (iii) Development, (iv) Civil and Political Rights and Reintegration, and (v) Final Political Settlement.

A consultation process shall be conducted from June to September 2011 to provide opportunities for the members of the DLCG to discuss the prospect of a Final Political Settlement under the Aquino Administration. The areas covered shall include the provinces of Nueva Ecija and Bohol, Panay and Negros Islands, NCR and Mindanao.
