Complete implementation of signed Final Peace Agreements with the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) [1996] and the Cordillera People’s Liberation Army (CPLA) [1986]  Put closure to peace tracks with breakaway groups, such as Rebolusyonaryong Partido ng Manggagawa – Pilipinas (RPM-P) / Revolutionary

Proletarian Army (RPA) / Alex Boncayao Brigade (ABB) Rebolusyonaryong Partido ng Manggagawa – Mindanao (RPM-M)
