PAMANA Launch in Mindanao - (ARMM Office of the Regional Governor)

With hundreds of families to benefit, OPAPP launched PAMANA (Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan) at the ARMM Office of the Regional Governor. Internally displaced persons (IDPs) from all over Maguindanao and North Cotabato gathered with local government officials, Sec. Teresita Quintos-Deles, Sec. Dinky Soliman, Gov. Toto Mangudadatu, and other officials for launching the program with its kick-off project "IDP Shelter Assistance Prloject."
